Products

Assign stock to each room and add data points required for each product, for example Serial Nuber or IP address.

QR Codes - Check-in

Batch print QR codes on a standard label sheet and label to each product as it arrives in stock, scan the product QR to check in to any location.

Forms - Testing

Create standard testing forms for product types and assign them to each product, this is to be filled in by the installer. Options to add images and videos in the form.

Proof of Deliveries

Add proof of deliveries to each product either 3rd party sent in from the courier or manual POD from staff members that have dropped off the products on site.

Products

Assign products based on the site survey data that you have manually inputted or imported via CSV or direct from the ERP via API integration.

Commissioning Data

Assign standard commissioning data points to be collected for each product with the option to add custom data. This may be Serial Number of IP address, Mac Address etc.

ERP Integrations

Although there any many ways to add products the most efficient via integrating with your existing ERP via sales order number (ID).

QR Codes

Batch print all QR codes onto label sheets and add them to products as they arrive in stock, this allows you to check the product in so that all stakeholders are fully in the loop on the status of the project.

Batch QR Codes

Generate QR codes for a number of scenarios, for example, you can create a batch QR that will list all the products in a room or you can group products together and create a batch of the group of products, when scanned will show a list of all the products.

Forms

Testing forms can be created for stadart product types and assigned to the products that you want to ensure are tested to make sure it is working correctly.

Videos and Images

Option to add images or videos in the form, this process can be integrated into the workflow to show that the product has been tested and a video of the product in situ.

Proof of Deliveries

Add proof of delivery document or signature to each product very easily, highlight all the products you are sending out (or are getting sent out by 3rd party) and send a reminder to the site contact that the products are on their way. When they arrive you can upload the POD document if it is third party or get a signature if delivered internally.
