Yes, when you record your entire desktop Sirvez captures system audio via the Web Audio API, and when you record a tab it captures that tab's audio.

You can add microphone narration independently on top of either, so a tutorial can include both the app's sound and your voice. The three sources, system, tab, and microphone, are handled separately so you stay in control of the mix.
